These lines are quoted word for word from Harmony Hill Evergreens LLC's own website. We have not changed them.
- Trees: “We have approximately 150,000 trees planted at various stages of development on 140 acres.”
- Cut your own: “Our “home” farm of eighty acres is now dedicated to “cut your own” trees while the additional sixty acres will be available for our wholesale customers.”
How to visit
- Hours, stock and prices can change during the season, and many farms close early once trees are gone. Check the farm's website or call before you drive out.
Picking a tree in the field: “If you’re cutting your own tree, make sure at least three sides of the tree are full, without large gaps in the arrangement of branches and needles so it will look verdant if you place it in a corner.” “When selecting any tree, gently pull your fingers through the branches. If many needles come off in your hands, this means the tree will likely not hold the needles for the duration of the holiday.” (Rutgers NJAES (2023))
